- Using an appropriate mixture of advertising, headhunting and targeted approaches, we recruit for your vacancy, pre-screen the candidates and, using tried and tested psychometrics, create suggested shortlists of candidates within the agreed time frame. In addition, we support Face-to-face interviewing (zoom or in-person), candidate transitioning, and reference taking. RETAIN
- By providing a tried and tested induction program, we help you set the new employee up to succeed from day one. We carry out a post-recruit interview with the new members to ensure they are settling in and alert to any issues before they become one!
